Nice product; I like it except that much of the time mine twists so hard I cannot get it to start. Therefore, am disappointed in it. If you have suggestions what I can do to make this work better, I'd appreciate it.

I bought the bullet at a mention of a friend. I only eat two meals a day, lunch & dinner, & the bullet supplies my lunch. I use pear apples, frozen berries, ensure & a raw egg to blend. It goes down smoothly with rice cakes & a protein bar as a side item. My cancer has diminished back to normal & the bullet had a lot to do with it. It's great!
P.S. be sure the gasket in the top with the blades is firmly in that head & it is tight on the container before you turn it on.....

I received this as a gift for Christmas and so far as have used it just about every day since then. It is super easy to clear and use. I don't give it 5 stars only because sometimes I find little chunks of fruit or vegetables. I have tried leaving it on longer, but chunks (very very small) are still there.
