I have lost several of the little rubber plugs when cleaning because you need to take them out if there is a spill. I never feel like I have been able to get any spills cleaned up thoroughly.

I have really enjoyed this product. My only regret is that I wish I would have purchased the next step up, because this one doesn't really mash up the fruit skins that well. Aside from that, I like this Bullet very much.
