We get excellent blending, easy cleaning and very little limit as to what can be processed. Our only problem occurs when the jar is not firmly tightened and contents leak,toward or into the motor shell. Special effort to over tighten by normal standards solves it but otherwise, oh dear!

I got the NutriBullet as gift for Christmas because I had seen an infomercial and really wanted an easy way to get my fruits and veggies. I tried making smoothies in my blender but it never could purée veggies enough and was hard to clean. Since getting the NutriBullet my husband and I have a healthy "nutriblast" every morning and we feel so much better throughout the day!

I would give this product 5 stars if 1) the cups were insulated and 2) it came with a tool to remove the rubber ring. Aren't most of us using this thing to make smoothies? Aren't smoothies cold? Don't you want your smoothie to remain cold longer? Make the cups insulated!!! When cleaning this thing, you must remove the rubber ring. How do you get it out? I use a miniature flat-head screwdriver. Wouldn't it be nice if a tool was included that was designed specifically for the job!!!!
