I have only 1 draw back with this product; the cap is so big around it is very very hard to screw off after blending.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought mine when they first came out, not sure if it's 2 or 3 yrs ago. My daughter and I used it 2-4 times a day for probably a year with frozen fruit, nuts etc. I have never had a problem with it. (touch wood) It came with extra seals which I've changed once. Easy to clean underneath. No brown liquid others speak of. My only complaint is I wish the capacity of the lg cup was greater.

Loved it while it worked. I really miss having it. Wish they were built a little better. Only lasted 9 months with light use.

I received this as a give for Christmas. So far so good. One thing I noticed immediately, it is very difficult to see the max sign. It would be a good idea to put the line the whole way round the cup and maybe write the word 4 times.

Leaks

Ive had my Nutribulet for 8 months now and I love it. I can not see myself beginning my day without juicing. I hope this may help some of those who have had problems with their machine not working. when i firest started using my bullet. it leaked a few times because i was getting use to the filling requirements and a few times i put to much coconut water in the machine which caused it to leak during the blending process. I cleaned it up as best as possible. however due to this It began to get difficult to push down and turn. actually i couldnt push down and turn it at all at one point. So i tried to use a q-tip with warm water and mild detergent soap. I brushed over the plastic part that actually pushes down. i did that several time. that helped some. I could see the caked in residue from the leaks. So ik this wasnt recommended but i tilted my machine and ran hot water onto the plastic prong that were stuck. i did all 3 plastic prongs and dried it out. and let it sit upside down. later that day i tried it and it work like new. pushed down easy as well as turned. If you do try this, please make sure its unplugged first. Also when running it under water make sure the machine is tilted so that the water is running off into your sink and not down in the machine. u just want the hot water to loosen up that sticky residue from the leaks. i also do a toothpick and cleaned in between then as well.
I just wanted to comment on my issues because it seems that a few of the low ratings were due to leaks which made the machine not work because it was stuck from the dried up residue.
Other than that, I absolutely love my machine. I have 2. one for home and work. I have everyone at work juicing now. They all teamed up with someone and got the 2 for one special.

Warranty Trouble

Would not recommend buying this as a gift, because without the receipt you lose warranty time.

We are sorry for your experience. If you do not have a receipt, the only way to tell how old the unit is via the manufacture date associated with the bar code.

Well, the results of the green gook taste...good (surprisingly). Our drinks have turned out smooth each time, and the easy twist/lock system is easy and efficient to use. The components clean up with a simple hot-water washout, too. Only thing we've found ourselves wanting more of is batch volume. However, that too is easy; if we want more, we make a second round. We are pleased and perhaps you will be too.
