The first three fruit smoothies were great. Everything worked. Now, on the 4th smoothie, it suddenly went crazy and doesn't work unless it is giggled or twisted on the bullet in every way possible before it will begin to work. I would have thought it would work at least a dozen times before it started causing me fits. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it is extremely painful to twist and press on this device to make it work. It is also very difficult to keep this product clean and ready for the next use. On smoothie #2, some of the fruit juices leaked and I had to give the entire device a thorough cleaning. No, I didn't submerge it in soap and water. I washed everything with warm water and a dishcloth. I am not a happy camper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this for almost two years and for a while I was using it every single day. It has held up great and works like new still. I originally bought it as a way to blend up leafy greens after finding out I was getting adult braces. Blending up things like kale and spinach in this thing is way better than a standard blender or even the fancy Vitamix my parents have. It has been invaluable since a recent jaw surgery that left me on a liquid diet for a month. It's also great at grinding spices and flax seeds to healthy up various recipes.

Nutribullet makes great drink provide healthy choices and overall great results. However the functioning of the device itself becomes difficult to operate due to the base and contact sticking. I clean after every use and still have difficulty getting the Nutribullet to operate. Brought one for my Mother and she can't operate not having the strength to push the container into the base.

I was actually going to call your company as I could not get the bullet to work the last time I tried to use it with the shorter cup. I just had surgery and was looking forward to having a healthy drink. It didn't work. No matter how hard I tried or tried different positions, it would not turn. As I am recovering from surgery, I did not keep trying with the larger cup yet. Can you help me?
