When I was 1st introduced to nutribullet, I had lost a lot of weight & had damaged a tooth, so eating was difficult. My nutribullet saved me by offering an easy & yummy way to make healthy shakes. That was about a year ago, and I am better now & still use my nutribullet everyday. It makes shakes as smooth as silk (never lumps) & is a breeze to clean (by just blending soapy water to clean the cup & blade). I bought 2 systems so I would have backup parts, but nothing has given out yet. I lend the 2nd nutribullet to my friends & family, and they love it so much they buy one too.
