Why are the four ribs placed on the INSIDE of the large cup? It makes it harder to clean, and since I have arthritis in my hands, placing the ribs on the OUTSIDE would have made it much easier for me to unscrew the cup from the blades. As it is I have to put the cup into a lid remover to get it off.

I love this thing! You can shove a bunch of very healthy things in, fill your liquid to the Max Line, and blend away! Instant protein shake or smoothie, or hummus or quacamole, etc. The best part: minimal cleanup!!! That means everything to me when I'm in a mad rush trying to get out the door to work.
