Ive had several problems with my bullet... first the motor burned in less than a year (10 months) luckly you replaced it.. and right after that, I started to notice that as its blending, it also starts to unscrew (the motion causes that) now it doesn't work :(

I really like the way the bullet works. However, I wish I would have waited before purchasing it...because I found after buying it for a lot cheaper at Costco. Grrrrr that didn't make me very happy.

I already received a replacement blade/lid due to the rubber seal around the blade inside the lid coming loose and popping out all the time. That was about 2 months ago but now there.is black liquid appearing around the inside of the hard black piece where it connects with the motor! Is it melting from getting too hot perhaps? I never run it for more than 45 seconds!

My husband has MDS and needs to eat lots of greens but not like Kale so I make him smoothies every day full of greens, bananas, blue berries, apples etc. He loves them. the NutriBullet is great, love it.
