I bought it aroud 8 mts ago and I Love it. Best smooths ever. My problem is that the rubber ring that goes around the blade and on the bottom keeps popping out. I have to adjust it every time I use it. I would like to have someone to help me fix the problem.

I thought this machine would do a better job of liquefying the fruits and vegetables.
Even when I am careful to peel most of the contents and add plenty of base liquid
to the fill line, I am left with lots of pulp floating at the top of the container.

I've owned one for about 7 months. It does really well with chopping up leafy greens and pumpkin seeds. I try to be really cautious with it since I have read many reviews where the machine did not last very long. I thought mine had broken about 4 months after I bought it. Since it would no longer work. I finally figured out if I pushed down all of the white tabs at the top of the motor ( I use the handle of a spoon) I could still get the tabs on the cup to move the tabs down so the cup could be twisted onto the base. The white tabs have become really stiff and are hard to push down. Thrilled it is not broken.
