I love the Bullet and the drinks come out delicious. But, I've only been using it for two months and as careful as I've been to make sure I've securely kept lid/blade tight before starting, it seems to leak or there's condensation, but something is causing the "slots" where the blender attaches to get stuck, and when you press down to start it, it doesn't go on! It no longer slides in place consistently when I am powering it up to begin my smoothie.
I find I can get it to work again by trying to clean the fitted-slot area which connects the container to the base portion, by wiping it clean the best I can while unplugged. Is this portion getting worn out already? Or is becoming sticky, I don't know, but it is not operating smoothly. But I'm troubled that it will stop working altogether.
I love this appliance and I don't want to be without it. It has no problem whatsoever blending incredibly hard foods (carrots) or Ice and totally liquefies it literally in the first 6 seconds. But, I am apprehensive in recommending this product as I'm not certain about its reliability.

absolutely love it! it's much better than juicing! nothing is wasted.I used to juice and all the pulp would go into this type of reservoir and you're told that you can freeze it for cakes or something later, who wants to go through all of that!
