So easy to use, and so good for you!. I have more energy, less fatigue, and a much healthier body. I lost 5 lbs. of abdominal fat that was hanging on, without even trying. My mother is in her 80's and loves this product too! It is much easier for her to get the nutrition she needs by drinking it, than cooking all the time. So, once a day she looks forward to her shakes. Her last doctor visit, she had lost about 7 lbs. of fat and water. Everey one she have this product, makes it easy to get your fruit and veggies!!
