My daughter bought me a NutriBullet for my Birthday. Unfortunatly I had to have it repaired. Company was very good about it, but it did not come with a rubber seal and leaks. Still like the product but hate to have to buy a new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have a problem with the three starter points on the base of the unit. This has happened several times. We were told by your company to use a screwdriver to press them down to free them. It works , but this should not be necessary

The only negative I find with the NutriBullet is, that I don't believe it's easily accessable to handle for older people with arthiritis.
I have arthiritis in my hands & it'd very painful to make sure the top is sealed tightly.
A couple of times, I didn't seal it tight and had a mess.
I really enjoy it but it's a "pain" for me to use.
