I bought this blender two months ago and the larger cup leaked. So instead of taking it back to Bed Bath and Beyond I went directly to Euro-Pro to get a replacement. Big mistake. Took them almost 7 weeks to send me a replacement blender. Got it last night. So far this one seems to be working but I am not impressed with their customer service.

It's a glorified juicer, I bought it thinking it would be better than a juicer, but not at all. Yes it purees everything down, but it still has a pulpy element and in order to get juice you have to strain in so it's no better than a juicer.

It was very diappointing to pay $120 with the hopes that the Nutribullet claims of liquifying skin and seeds were true. They show the blended juice slip right through the strainer without pulp left behind. The holes in the strainer must have been much larger than a regular strainder. I tried many of the recipes, ensuring I followed the directions perfectly, but each time I'm disappointed by the spinach stems that are simply chopped, and not liquified. They make the drink 'gritty'. I've tried many other high-end blenders - nothing has been able to produce a smooth drink yet. You need a juicer if you don't want the 'grit'.

I have bought 2, recieved a gift 1 and returned 1 for another. Today, about 1 hour ago, it quit. No reason; just won't turn on. Every time the issue has been different; I take care of all my stuff, so it has not been abused at all. Never over fill it, nothing. It has been VERY UPSETTING. I would not recommend it. Had 2 different models. Goping to something different.

I have been wanting one of these for quite some time now. I got one for Christmas and I am not happy with it. It doesn't grind up frozen strawberries all the way, every time I finish a smoothie and take the blade off the rubber piece comes out, and it also smells like something is burning when we make a smoothie.
