I bought 2 of them but one has been sticking since the moment I took It out of the box. Customer support recommended I soak the spring seats with a small dish towel. It works for a little while but the proble only seems to get worse over time.
Other than that the bullet is perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my Nutribullet for Christmas and one for my sister. I love it! It's so easy that my teenage son uses it too. We try to have at least one NutriBullet smoothie daily. I use this product every morning. It had dramatically increased the quality if my duet, health, abs luge.
My only concerns are that sometimes the shaft seals leaks a little. That, and I'm worried that the on/off switch may break at some point in the future, because the blender has gotten harder to turn on by depressing the bottle on the switches/ lever.

Since delivery of this product my use has been terminated after a couple of weeks.
However, I called the number referred to in your brochure and your Representative was very helpful and guided me through how to unclog the sensors. It was inoperable again, within a day. I am now in the process of packing all the accouterments as well as the Bullet to return the machine. What a "pain in the you know what"! I should have purchased this at a local store. Not from a TV promo.

My Nutribullet began to become to difficult to operate. It does not turn on as easy as it once did. I take very chid care of it but it stops working of and on each day i use it. I can't be digging with it when I need it for a breakfast or lunchon the job. Other than that one problem which is a big one I loved it.
