Sometimes it is hard to twist to get started and the same turning it back. It is also too small. I can do my whole week in my blender. It takes me a lot longer to do the same in the bullet. BUT it does get everything a lot smaller. No chunks when drinking my healthy smoothies! And I didn't get the lid on straight quite a few times and it leaked. Not being able to immerse the base in water made cleaning the base very hard. There will always be spills when working with food and having the base easier to clean would be nice!

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend. He made the mistake of leaving it at my place and I use it all the time. I love the recipe ideas in the book. I love how easy it is to use and clean! It really does pulverize everything so I know I am getting the whole fruit or veggie I put in.
