I must have misunderstood, and even as I read the instruction booklet again, I thought it would stop when completely processed. That has not happened the last two times I have used it. I do recommend this product with reservations about the fact it my product does not cut off as I thought It would.

I love my nutribullet...but two complaints...I have to screw the top on super hard before I put the cassette on the nutri-bullet...and it is very difficult to clean up the spill over...I have to pull up the little plastic plugs...it happens alot...and to screw it on so tight makes it difficult to unscrew...I have small hands and am older than 65 so it is not easy....but otherwise, it is wonderful

I bought this nutribullet thinking it will break down all the the amenities of the fruit and vegetables but some things it doesnt strings in the drink is just wasn't a good purchase
