I bought this blender last year around November. Works great. I picked it back up a few weeks ago, it felt like it was sticking and the motor would not stop but after a few more uses it is working just fine again.

I love this product, but it has one major flaw: it gets gunky if you overload it and then won't work or has to be taken apart and cleaned on the inside. As much as I try to not overload it, it does inevitably happen, and this is a huge design flaw in that if it gets too gummed up from dried food that I cannot get to and clean out, it stops working. Having to turn something upside down to use it when you're liquefying things is not a great idea. The rotary unit that screws on also tends to loosen during the mixing process, and the contents will spill out just due to gravity, even if I have not overloaded it by accident.

For years I used a larger blender type device at my office for my smoothies. It was difficult for me to get the serving size correct and the cleanup was time consuming - plus the footprint on the counter was large. With my NutriBullet, it solves all those problems. Great product
