This is my second Nutribullet. I loved my first one and after having it for a year I decided to leave it at my beach house this summer for use. I purchased a new one for my home. I have not been as happy with this one. Initially, the gasket kept falling off when I unscrewed the base. Several times falling into my drink. I called Nutribullet and they replaced the base. Then one of the indented areas that allow the Nutribullet to start froze up. I called and they walked me through a procedure to clean it. This has happened twice through no fault of mine. I have never spilt anything in or over the base. This never happened to my first one. I use my Nutribullet 4 out of 7 days and this week the gasket fell out again. I washed it and put it back in. I hope that the quality of the Nutribullet has not deteriorated from the purchase of my 1st one to the purchase of my second one.

The bearing cracked within 3 months and the cup stopped locking in at 4 using the product 4 times a week once a day and likes to vibrate open so you have a nice mess to clean out of the motor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product about 2 months ago and it has changed my life!!! My entire family and I absolutely love it!!! My 12-year-old who wouldn't eat a vegetable to save his life is now getting plenty veggies in his diet because he enjoys the blasts........couldn't believe he was eating spinach. LOL. I have MUCH more energy, etc. and it is SO convenient. THANKS for making this product!!

Unit was great while it was working. Convenient and easy to use. Motor started smell like it's burning and start seeing smoke after running about 30-40 seconds. Email support is bad. Phone support wait time is quite long.
