OMG this blender is the best thing ever, especially for a personal trainer. I am literally going to recommend all of my clients to buy one of these. It makes life simpler and sweeter at the same time. I have drop some inches, fat and weight in just 3 weeks. It has helped me control my eating so much better and is really a great tool to have. Cost efficient, effective, and timeless. What's better than that..thank for designing such a beautiful product.

I received a bullet as a gift and love it - was not able to register it since it was a gift and i did not have the "paperwork".... I bought another one for my daughter. had to returned it - it leaked.... so the jury is still out

Makes a somewhat of shrilling sound when making a smoothie. I have noticed afterwards a large amount of brown residue on the bottom of blade assembly and inside the bullet. I hand wash the blade assembly and have to clean the inside of the bullet after each use. Please advise...I can provide a picture if needed. Thank you

Bought this unit about a year ago and registered it.
Now, a year afterwards the motor is smoking
Called for info on warranty - having difficulty with any sort of reconciliation
I want another unit as I use it daily.
Great in the beginning but then fizzles out.
It takes a lot of strength to tighten the lid to avoid leakage and after it has been extracted it is extremely difficult to open the lid.
