After I bought NutriBullet and used it for a month or so, it quite working easily. I would try to put the top on and push down and twist to start. It would not push down. I called the help line and they suggested cleaning it which I did. It still did not work the way it should. When I could get it to work, the motor would keep running for a few seconds after I took off the top. Now I can't use it at all!! Very disappointing for a device that I paid good money for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the way it blends everything. but do not like the leakage, no matter how I tighten the blade base to the cup 2 out of 4 times it leaks. On my second bullet, probably have to get another one soon.
