I have been using it almost every morning. I have more energy and feel great. It is simple to use and I like the easy clean up. I prepare my drink before I leave for work and tote it to work in the Nutri Bullet insulated bag which keeps it nice and cold for breakfast at work. It keeps me satisfied until lunchtime. It has been a great addition to my kitchen. The only issue I found was the plastic tabs will get stuck after a while from the minimal drips. We found we could get them loose with a little work. Otherwise I love it.
