I have the original one. I have had great success with using it. Although it doesn't make carrot juice smooth, it has chunks in it, other than that, I'm happy with it.

Loved it but ours has quit after only 6 months of use. How do I get in touch with customer service? Please help as my son and I are hooked on it and are feeling so much better- losing weight too!!!

I bought this 10 month's ago from the start it always leaked. When I finally was able to secure it. It finally stopped. Now it sounds like a freight train. Don't buy this product. Over priced for the garbage that it is.

Great blender, but limited life

Works great for the blender it is at the price it is. Its no vitamix but for making shakes and blending smoothies its pretty good. Just don't work it too hard. You can't leave it running for more than about 10-15 seconds I found. It just cranks the motor too hard and you get that very common burning gear smell associated with so many of these.
I guess if you dont need to really blend for more than a year, this is the blender for you. But don't use it for hard jobs or heavy blending; its simply not made for that.

I bought one Nutribullet about 18 months ago. I had to return it after 9 months because the plastic part that grabs the bottom of the blade and turns it broke. Kohls kindly exchanged it. Then, about 6 months later the same part snapped in two and I had to return it to Kohls again. While there I checked the more expensive models and all of the nutribullet line has this same plastic part! So no matter how much you are willing to spend, you cannot avoid this cheap plastic part that takes all of the pressure of the blades turning fruit and vegetables into a smoothie.

I've had this product for a few weeks and use it every day. I like what it does but my main problem is that the top leaks about 50 percent of the time. I follow directions and even suggestions on different websites but still it leaks. Very annoying! As it gets older I suspect it will leak more.
