About a month of use and have had it smell like smoke and the liquids come . The trick is only filling the cups half way, its that simple. Not bad, not outstanding

I bought this item in May 2014 and used it practically everyday! I absolutely loved it, but by September 2014, it had stopped working. I was shocked because this is not a cheap item.

Because I have digestive issues, I have had difficulties getting the proper nutrition from diet alone (raw veggies and fruits caused so much discomfort that I avoided them) Since using the bullet I have been able to incorporate these foods into my diet without difficulty! I am so happy with my bullet. I would recommend it to anyone who has digestive trouble. Of course I'm not a doctor and would not say that this will work for everyone, but it definitely worked for me.

The Nutribullet pulverizes whatever I put into it in moments! I'm delighted with that. On the other hand, one month into usage, I had to call the company because it would no longer go down and twist. Come to find out, even though I had thought I'd thoroughly cleaned up some spillage inside of it, that was apparently the problem. The solution was simple: warm, soapy water and a spoon! Cleaning the three little plastic pieces that push down, and then pushing them down with a spoon handle did the trick! Too bad that information is not included with the product when you buy it.
