THE MACHINE COULD BE BETTER

I bought this product little over a year ago, but did not start using it right away. I have been using for less than six months now. The first thing that happenened is that the rubber on the base of the blade fell out, then a few months later I was making my berry smoothie and to my surprise the machine just stopped , I think am going to try another Company one that their product is more reliabe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received my NutriBullet as a shower gift and I use it at least a few times each week to make smoothies. Unfortunately, one of the blades stopped working very recently. I called NutriBullet, knowing that the warranty was probably over. My warranty was, indeed, over, but the woman on the phone was very polite and I was very happy with her service. I was told the cost of a new blade, and I found it to be reasonable, so I decided to go ahead and order it. I was put on hold for a minute, and when the woman I was talking to came back on, she said that she could send me the blade for free plus shipping as a one-time courtesy! I was so thankful that she asked for me and I so appreciated the polite, helpful service she provided. I am so happy to be able to use my NutriBullet again soon and I look forward to receiving my new blade!
