I have been using my NutriBullet daily for two months, and I love it! I did have a problem and called Customer Service, and it was easily resolved. It is easy to use and to clean up, unlike my previous juicer. I love the fact that there is no pulp to throw away, and it encourages me to use all sorts of different fruit and vegetable combinations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cups are my problem

Recieved as a Christmas Present, now early Feb, original large cup started getting small cracks at the bottom - it sprays everywhere. Small cups are so small they are worthless. I've tried ordering other large cups - not good results. I'm going to try one time from this site. I'm mixing the bullet proof coffee so I'm thinking the cups can't take the hot beverage - that's whats causing the cracks.
The other problem I have is getting the blade off to get to my mixture once it's mixed. It creates such a strong suction - I can't unscrew it. The mess this thing makes - I'm not sure that it's worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry that you have had a problem with your cups. We clearly state on page 3 of the users manual that you should not put hot liquids in any of the blending vessels. You can buy new cups here: https://www.nutriliving.com/shop/accessories

I bought the NutriBullet this past year and it is the best! Works great, quick and easy. And the health benefits are making me feel healthier, more energetic and seems like I have lost some weight too! I gave the NutriBullet as a gift to my daughter and her husband, and they love it too! Just wish the containers were glass and not plastic.
