Mine quit

I ve had mine less than a year and it has quit after making hummus. It looks fine, but will not run. Gifted the 2nd to sister as her child needs blended meals and is fed by a feeding tube. Sister only uses it for vegies, as she doesnt think it is sturdy enough for constant use. Too expensive to replace for less than a years use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps getting stuck

Had this unit for over a month and it never was able to fully blend anything
i used it for, especially beets. Was always chunks in the mixture, sven when

Couldn't Push Down Latches

We have 2 Nutribullets - both purchased within the last 2 years, one for our cottage back east, and the second for our condo on the west coast. The one here has always been a little hard to push the cup down into the base, but the other afternoon the latches just refused to push down - they were stuck. I was about to use WD-40 to free them up (since I was now past the warranty period) but decided to check the website and place a call to Customer Service. The support person was most helpful in telling me how to free up the stuck latches by dropping 10 to 15 drops of warm soapy water onto each of them. (He said that using WD-40 would NOT have been a good idea.) He was very patient as I had to repeat the procedure 3 times before I was finally able to push them down individually. He then suggested a short dry run with an empty cup, while he stayed on the phone to confirm that the problem had been fixed. Excellent service! Thanks

My husband and i purchased our first NutriBullet several years ago because I was not eating vegetables as I should, and we figured it might be easier if I drank them. Not only has it helped with my vegetable intake, my migraines have greatly diminished! Not having as many migraines has changed our lives - for the better!
