When The plastic tabs get stuck you can't push the canister down to lock it in place to mix.

Last spring, I was diagnosed with MCTD-mixed connective tissue disease. My rheumatologist prescribed plaquenil, methotrexate and prednisone. After 3 months of rest and a healthy diet, I was able to wean off of the prednisone. Unfortunately, a few months later, I started to experience increased fatigue and some pain due to inflammation. My Dr started talking about putting me back on prednisone. I told her that I asked for a Nutribullet for Christmas and that I believed that the Nutrishakes would reduce the inflammation. So, she gave me a few more months before we would revisit that conversation. I started the Nutrishakes the day after Christmas and was pain free within a week. It's been five weeks now and I still feel amazing! No pain, No fatigue, and hopefully, No more prednisone!

No problems with product I do however have a problem with customer service. I have tried for 3 days to speak to someone and never get through sit on hold for 15 minutes then get hung up on. Very frustrating.

I brought my Nutribullet in June or July of last year, I have lost so much weight and my blood pressure is so much better. My family started using it, the smoothies are delicious and comes out smooth. I'm going to get the Rx nutribullet and I will let you know how it works out...
