Worthless product

Am on my 3rd Nutribullet because the concept is great, but the first 2 quit working
and got pitched. I'm trying a 3rd with a stronger motor, but if this quits on me
it will fly back to the store. Much improvement is needed.

Happy but Disappointed

I bought my NB about six months ago and already one of them has malfunctioned. I need to send it back, get it repaired or something. I love my NB and I want to always have one available. What should I do to get my NB repaired. It still should be under warranty. Thank you.

I have had to return my Bullet to the store two times to get a replacement. It just stopped working. The store gladly exchanged it.

easy to use

I bought my nutra bullet several months ago. I really like this machine. I use it every day to make my protein drink. I think the design of the cups as they fit into the base could be improved, by the use of wider prongs.

So easy and fast

I love my NutriBullet. I make a Power smoothie every morning. I shared my
smoothies with 2 friends and they both went out and bought themselves one. I really
like the ease of clean up. just a rinse and that's it. I love the single blade that grinds
my flax and pumpkin seeds to a fine meal texture too.

A disappointment

My MagicBullet is well used. So well used that the blades get dull after a year or two. So when it came time to replace it last month, I thought I'd try the well reviewed NutriBullet.
In quick summary - it's a larger more expensive version of the Magic Bullet that doesn't even work as well. It fails to break up ice cubes at all. The larger cup size has a max fill line that means it can't take more than my original workhorse Magic Blender.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry that you are not pleased. We use the NutriBullet every day here in the kitchen at headquarters and we never have any problem with ice cubes. You should only put 25% ice in your cup, and you need to make sure there is plenty of liquid in your mix. Also, the NutriBullet tall cup is 24 oz, while the Magic Bullet party mugs are 18 oz.
