NutriBullet 900

I purchased my first NutriBullet 900 after tons of research. For the first few weeks, it worked fine, then it stopped working. The (3) white plastic springs that allow you to insert and turn the cup containing the ingredients don't budge. I attempted several additional attempts, but it failed. Today, I returned it to Bed, Bath, & Beyond for an exchange. Hopefully the new one won't have the same issues, or this will be the last NutriBullet I purchase until the company resolves this issue.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. If this should happen again, it's easily fixable.
You can try using a wet sponge or towel with warm water and mild soap to clean the activators and clear any debris or dried vegetable/fruit juice from gumming up the activators. The drainage hole will safely direct any excess liquid down through the motor out of the bottom. Press down on the activators individually to loosen, after cleaning. Dry completely when finished. Never submerge the motor, and unplug the unit before starting. See further cleaning and usage instructions in your User Guide.

I wish I hadn't wasted my money...

...on juicers and a blender. Simply follow the advice in the book, take some inspiration from the numerous fitness freaks on the internet and press down the cup. I even made almond milk - a handful of almonds, a dash of walnut oil (for a bit of extra creaminess - may or may not be necessary) and a bit of banana for sweetness. It was fantastic and cost around 20p for half a pint.
We'll see how it goes reliabilty-wise, I guess if you're not a gorilla with it and bother to read and understand the instructions then all will be well, but here and now I think it is the best gadget on the market - let's see if I lose the grey hair and a couple of stone, it's an inspiring piece of kit.

For about 3 weeks we thought it was amazing! Performed perfectly. Then suddenly the smoothies leaked out into the motor base, no matter how careful we were to do exactly right. It even leaked plain water! Had to return it, but hope to replace it with maybe a more expensive model.

We bought our NutriBullet and were so excited to be eating healthier everyday. Then it stopped emulsifying and now I can't get my family to even try anything.

I am a little upset that my NutriBullet has only lasted 1-1/2yrs and for the price it should definitely last longer than that

I have used juices in the past and while they are great I realize that you throw away a lot of the essential nutrients using this process. The nutribullet just pulverize the ingredients, you don't lose any of the nutrients.
