Nutribullet 600 is so much better than a blender. I have a green smoothie every morning and the texture of the smoothie is so much better than with blenders. I plan to start making hummus (especially after the recent recalls) - Much better to make things yourself! I highly recommend the NutriBullet 600 - you will not be disappointed.

I bought mine 1 1/2 yrs ago. I was happy with it until they started making changes. The original blade had a removeable rubber gasket, you could give both a good cleaning. Now it's not removeable. I called because I noticed it smelled. There is no doubt in my mind that the food I had processed had gotten under the non-removable rubber gasket. I was told 1. blade should be changed every 6 months (at 12.99 ea.), 2. soak the blade upside down in white vinegar once a week. I believe the representives are making this stuff up as complaints are phoned in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product. We have used it every day since we got it in December 2014. It takes me three minutes every morning to make a veggy-berry shake with coconut milk and chia seeds. Clean up is simple, just rinse. The base never gets dirty. The only problem is thet you have to be careful to line up the plastic tabs before you push down to turn it on or the tabs will break and render the mixing container unusable.
