This is my second Nutribullet (the first had a sad demise after about 2 years when i overfilled it and left it on too long! -So yes, do not overfill and make sure the blade is on tight!) The only clean up is rinsing the blade and putting the cup in the dishwasher! I make a nutritious smoothie (spinich, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries and a weight watchers smootie powder) every morning and also use it for chopping nuts and making salsa. I have traveled with it; does not take up much space. I highly recommend this product!
