I can't get it to make smooth and liquid juice. It's thick and has too much texture.

We are sorry that you are not happy. I hope it's clear to you that the NutriBullet is not a juicer. One of the main benefits of this product is that includes all of the healthy pulp that juicers get rid of, therefore, the product is not as smooth as juice.

We bought this to mix smoothies with frozen and fresh fruit.It does not blend as good as we thought it would.It leaves hunks of fruit after much effort.

I had a long battle with the flu, in early Feb.unable to eat due to lack of appetite, the healthy shakes made for me were wonderful during that period. I lost a dental cap during that period & when I got to the dentist found out I had a fractured tooth & needed extensive denal work done. Now have temporary teeth in place, needed next 3 cars removed. Told not to bite down or chew in that area,across the top front of my mouth, for fear of breaking the temps. We found a great price @ Costco. Love the Nutribullet as I am able to get tasty & good nutrition while I wait for the end of May & the end of the dental work. I will continue the shakes after that as they are not only good but taste great.
