I bought my nutrbullet almost3 yrs ago. The motor went I did take out our 4 yr warranty and you are sending me a replacement bottom. Very good experience with customers service. Highly recommend this company

I bought this a couple years ago for my daughter, who by the way loves it. It recently stopped working so she was getting ready to throw it away but before doing that she called customer service to see if she could purchase just the motor base. She was walked through several steps to remedy the situation and it started working. She told Mary from customer service, who was so extremely pleasant and super helpful that she was a God send. Great customer service experience!

I was disappointed at first it didn't come with a milling blade but seems to grind up my flaxseed well. Chops my carrots and other veggies fairly smooth, much more than the magic bullet. Blade is easier to clean as doesn't have rubber ring for food to get stuck under.

Been using my Nutribullet consistently since I bought it and recently the rubber seal on the blade attachment broke. Contacted customer service and they replaced with a new one, with quick turnaround time from email to new part in hand. I give four stars only because there was some back and forth discussion on warranty being valid even when I provided all the relevant info, but they were courteous and responsive. Well done!

I love my Nutribullet. I was afraid the 600 wasn't going to be powerful but I was wrong. I use it everyday at least once a day for all my protein shakes. I even made cauliflower rice in it. Even my friend who has a ninja was super impressed with it. Awesome product!
