I bought mine in 2012 and it didn't work. I placed it in my storage and forgot to call for replacement. Recently a friend gave me one and i remember the one that i bought.When i called the nutribullet number,i spoke to Dolores who is very helpful since it's no longer possible for a replacement. After following her instructions my nutribullet did work! I am so thankful for her. Now i have 2 at home.

I bought this to replace my Magic Bullet since the plastic parts on the blade were breaking down. I wish I would have known how much nicer this is than the Magic Bullet. It is super powerful and can crush any hard objects and it makes great smoothies in short order.

I bought the NutriBullet about 4 weeks ago and have been in awe of how well it works. It is powerful, efficient, high-quality, and has made my smoothies much more enjoyable. It will pulverize anything from seeds, to carrots, to frozen fruit to . . . It will handle large loads and provide a consistent blend. The key point for this (or anything similar), do not overfill the capacity and always use a liquid. I have found that the Max line on both the small and large cups is an excellent guide for not stressing the machine.
I was so impressed with my original purchase that I had a 2nd NutriBullet delivered to my vacation destination last week. I used it for 7 days and then gave it to my daughter and son-in-law.
