I upgraded from magic bullet to Nutribullet 600 but to my surprise I was hugely disappointed. It leaked everytime I made smoothie and there was big mess needed to be cleaned each time. I would like to know why the product is marketed with such big flaws and they are not even trying to fix it. I read online and many people are complaining about the same issue.

I miss our magic bullet; it was easier to use, provided more accessories, and the cup sizes were better suited for individual use. Nutribullet works fine, just less convenient than the Magic Bullet.

I bought this a month ago and had one before. My old one started to leak oil from the motor aftet a year of good use, so that wasn't good and I got rid of it. However, this new one doesn't seem to seal well and I always get liquid coming out and into the latches that I have to clean really well so it doesn't get gros. I have tried to adjust the rubber ringing it doesn't help. It seems to loosen once the blender turns on from the force. The cup latches in and locks into place, and the blades go in the opposite direction (it feels like) and loosens the cup. I'm not sure I'm happy with this anymore.

I bought this unit right at a month ago and everything was great until today. I cannot get the cup/blade to disingage. It will not release. I have tried everything I know to do but now I have to turn the whole unit upside down to keep the contents from leaking all over the place.

Excellent for quick breakfast smoothie or frozen daiquiris.. fill w water n very little soap for quick clean or just water n turn on. I cut my fresh fruit up n freeze it instead of adding ice to make it cold. Just make sure the fruit pieces are not too large to avoid motor burnout. The vase is spill friendly if you happen to overfill the cup. Also good for fine chopping onions n peppers.
