I bought it to use at work because my Vitamix isn't exactly portable. It's terrible for making smoothies. It just mashes everything together into mush. Doesn't do anything to the seeds. Also left big pieces of spinach. It was good for grinding oats for flour though.

I bought my NutriBullet about 2 mos. ago & am pleased with my purchase. It whips up my smoothies in seconds & blends everything so well. The only complaint I have & the reason I didn't give it "5 stars" is because when washing out the blade...it's very difficult to remove the rubber ring & is even harder to put it back in. I've had to use a butter knive/fork to pull it out & I'm a bit scared I might put a tear in it which will then cause the contest to ooze out while blending. Other than that, it's a great product & buy.

This is an expensive blender that broke after 8 uses and I had to pay my own money to have a replacement shipped. Well, the replacement broke after two uses (i was blending almond milk, frozen strawberries, and a frozen banana) and they would not let me return the product. $80 wasted, look elsewhere.
