I bought this product but after I open the top and need to reshake, it leaks into the base. Very annoying. I think it needs some form of washer. Also, the magic bullet had several cups which was very convenient. This only comes with one cup.

I bought this bullet just a little over a month ago and it's been running great since. However today, it completely gave out on me! The motor won't go. I thought it was the outlet but I tried using other outlets around the house and it still won't work :( I'm hoping mine is just the unlucky one

Nutribullet blends the food alright. The problem with it is the leaking. If you want to blend something hot, in order for the mix not to leak, you'll have to close the lid real tight. If you don't, it's going to leak into the machine mechanism and the only way to clean it will be to disassemble it. If you do, good luck removing the lid because chances are you'll gave to wait for the mix to be much much cooler before being able to open it.

Poor cup design

I like the way the Nutribullet works - so much that I have purchased 2. But the design of the cups is poor. I have had the plastic tabs on my cups break off and have had to replace cups twice, besides having purchased 2 new machines.
I think the company should replace my cups and acknowledge that the design is poor.

My nutrinullet stopped working but I couldn't find my receipt.I really enjoyed using it,would really appreciate it if it can be replaced given that it stopped working after only 8 months use.

The extractor blades are not sharp enough. The final product is slightly lumpy. expected very finely ground liquid final product, but instead it's thick and grainy.

The rubber rings on lid come off. The motor looses power over a short period of time. Soon the motor would take more then twice to engage.
