After a small stroke, my friends decided that I needed to change my eating habits. They told me they wanted me to be around A Long Time. The NutriBullet was their way to helping me change my habits. After reading the booklet, I made my first veggie and fruit trip to the grocery store. My first attempt was wtih spinach, apple, frozen strawberries, banana and water. One sip, and i was convinced. I am now Converted to the NinjaBullet lifestyle...easy to do and with enough taste to satisfy my decadent sweet tooth.

The blender chops fruits and vegetables very fast but when I push down on the jar, the motor won't start sometimes. No matter how hard I push down or twist the jar left or right, the blender just won't start. If my wife hadn't thrown out the box, I'd have returned it already.

The NutriBullet is working just fine to make my shakes from Visalus shake mix, milk, and frozen strawberries or other fruit. Tears that fruit right up! And mine has not been around long, but my grandson has one that is going strong after about 8 months. So hoping the little appliance has a long life. Only reason for no 5 star rating is the noise.

Nutribullet comes in handy so many times when i get home late and need nutrition but its too late to eat. I drink my meal and am able to sleep without feeling stuffed and i know i wont feel weak the next morning from lack of food. Instead of trying to mix kale in with berries i have made veggie savory drinks with tomatoes, olives, kale, etc. And i keep the sweet sweet. Berrys, almond milk, cinnamon. Its so versatile.
