I bought this a few months ago and the blades just broke. I called customer service and they were so nice! They are having fed ex pick up the broken parts and they are shipping new ones free! I was worried I was going to be hassled about it. But it went so smoothly. They were so polite. I love this blender. It makes the smoothest shakes. Much better than the ninja I used to have.
