I bought this a month ago and have been using it almost every day since. I just put everything in, close it up, whip it up and enjoy right out of the cup. There's only two things to clean afterwards. Great purchase!

I hated it...thought it would be a healthy way of getting fruits and veggies in a tasteful way...but the recipes were all way over in sugar totals for the day. Just in 1 drink. Also my blender squirted liquid every time if I pulsed or in 10 seconds of running/ blending with no hard items or ice it smelled like it was burning each time.
Not worth the money. Returned it.

This machine is totally rock solid, heavy duty and well built. I have put getting one because I have one of those 'blender bottles' and thought it was good enough for my protein shakes. Amazon Prime day deal got me to take the plunge and I am glad I did. My shakes are amazing now, I'm adding berries, etc... so tasty and healthy. And the biggest surprise is the ease of clean up - usually just rinsing.

Purchased the NutriBullet Balance on July 17, 2018 and is already in the mail for a full refund. The first couple of times it work flawlessly, then started to leak to the point I had to clean the base after each use. Instead, got me the Blendtec Pro 800, hoping for a better luck!

I like the NutriBullet a lot. It chops/blends my husbands fruits very well. But I would prefer the 32oz cups instead if the 16oz because more can fit in the larger cups.

My mom purchased the nutribullet several years ago so I knew I'd love it. I recently got into green smoothies, which involves frozen fruits, water and veggies. The nutribullet breaks down everything with ease and precision. The only thing is I wished this model came with a lid. Also it's super easy to clean too.

I bought this over a month ago and I love the smoothness of the smoothies. I’m disappointed with how many times I have to shake it to move the ingredients enough to get them to blend. I also don’t like that the gray gasket in the extractor blade comes loose sometimes and gets wrapped around the blade. Also, it was very dirty when it fell out. It had to be soaked and scrubbed thoroughly.
