I bought this to replace my first one. Lots of leakage. Both Nutribullets have been defective in one way or another. Will switch to another brand.

I am extremely disappointed in this product. I had the magic bullet for quite a few years had the odd problem with leaking, would get new seals and fix it. Finally decided to try the next gen product. First use, a good portion ended up on my counter from leaking. It tells you how much liquid you should use, however, is not designed to keep that liquid in apparently!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this primarily for pureeing or making consistency my food fit for baby. It does not like hot foods, so adds time to my schedule in having to cool food down before processing, so unable to cook and serve kid same meal we are eating. I primarily use the lid with extra blades (as opposed to the 2 blade), and it keeps a full serving of food between the blades; almost a full baby sized serving. I also struggle with getting the unit to start: sometimes lid needs to go to left, sometimes to right.
I suppose this is just for smoothies.
I also wish this would go into dishwasher top shelf; my daughter's unit's lids and bottles warped.

I bought this product in June 2017, and had to replace it at the store I purchased it from several months later because the base fell apart on me. Since then it was working well for about 1 year until this week. This week when I blend my morning coffee in it...it has LEAKED EVERYWHERE, every time I've tried it. I've tried it several different times, tightening the container strategically etc, and when I blend fluid pours out the side and into the base and spills all over my counter. 1 time after trying to blend and it leaking everywhere, hot coffee sprayed ALL over me when I opened it. Its been a year and the seal doesn't actually create a seal, which means I cannot use my bullet as intended, which 100% is unacceptable for a product I spent $100 CAD on. I hate this product.

I really like this machine but it's caused so much trouble for us. I make breakfast smoothies for myself and my husband and within 3 months, it's no longer working. Very disappointed in this. Sent a warranty email one month ago and never heard back. I like the size but it's disheartening how easily the product breaks.
