I bought this product from Costco about a month ago. My main use is to make smoothies. My old Oster blender would not mince the spinach in my smoothies and often burnt out with the use of frozen fruit. This one does all that with ease. My only wishes are for multi speed, for example, when you want something crushed, but not turned to liquid. And also, I dislike that the pieces are not dishwasher safe, but despite this, the pieces are easy to clean!

It's my second one. I hope it lasts longer than the first one which had a mechanical failure within the first year of purchasing it. The company sent me a complimentary new replacement unit. I like the machine so I hope this unit lasts. It has great blades and power, makes a perfect smoothie.
