Broke after little use

I expected this product to last longer (I've had my regular blender for 20 years). After five months use - and let's face it, about five times per week at 5 or 6 seconds running time isn't much - the white tabs on the unit will no longer depress to allow the cup tabs to depress, twist in, and activate the motor. Bought a brand new one and it emits an odor of ozone every time I use it, so I don't expect it to last very long either, and that will be the last one I'll ever buy.

All the reviews about leaks are true. It doesn't happen all the time, but if you fill the water a little over the MAX mark, or let the cup sitting in the base for a little too long before running it, or let the thing run a little too long, it will leak. But when it does not, it's a great blender comparing to my old Bullet. The smoothies are such much more smooth, even with things like chia seeds.

I love my new Nutribullet. I can powderrize oatmeal to add to smoothies. It blends frozen fruit so well, allowing me to make healthy breakfast drinks with quick and easy clean up.

No longer include nut/seed grinding blade as used to. Did not realize this when bought Nutribullet a second time. Disappointing and feel cheated. Same price!
