When drinking from the cup, even when I get the handle as tight as possible, it still drips as you try to drink. Also, when blending it leaks liquid into the base and is a mess to clean up. I do not recommend it.

I've had it a few months and I am very impressed with this machine. The design is very sturdy & strong. As an engineer (EE) I appreciate well designed product. The smoothies are outstanding. The kids and I use it every day. I am usually suspect of TV products - but the NutriBullet delivers.

Just use a little common sense, and this thing will serve you well, and keep you well and healthy. 1) don't overload the machine, 2) don't run the motor too long, much of the time 2-3 "10 second" blending(s) is all it takes, 3) each time you stop the machine between blending, remove the container and gently but firmly further tighten the blade base in order to prevent leaking, 4) to each his/her own, but I just rinse everything when done and then allow to air dry completely until next use. Follow these and the NutriBullet will serve you well.
