I love it except the seal always pops out after using it and to reuse for another batch(at the same time) I must clean the whole pc and reinsert the seal

I bought this blender as a replacement because my first one broke; the old one worked for over five years. After only a couple of uses with the new blender, the rubber suction piece that attaches to the blade contraption fell out and continues to fall out. I did not have this experience with my old blender, though with the old one, all the plastic cups kept breaking -- the little rectangle pieces that get compressed when you turn on the blender kept falling off. I generally love the product, but these user mishaps of late have been irritating.

Didn’t even last me a full year. I had this blended for 5 months and it’s not working now. And the same thing happened to my mom’s blender. Bought them at the same time and both are done. Broken. Used to mix fine tho.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cannot Register The Blender

This is the second Nutribullet I have purchased. The problem is I cannot enter the product serial number as instructed on the product registration card. I have spent over 30 minutes trying and register the unit. The screen advises that the serial number is invalid. I used the serial number on the card plus the number on the bottom of the blender. No sucess.
