Burning smell!

Received this for Christmas and today (Feb. 1st) it gives off a burning smell when using it. So sad because it blends fine. But I cannot stand the burning smell.

I just started incorporating smoothies into my diet. I was using an old fashioned blender and saw the Nutribullet in an ad so I decided to try it. It is quick and blends the ingredients well. It is also easy to clean. What more could you ask for.

We bought this over 2 years ago. It is a workhorse! We used it several times per day and it is exactly what I need to process smaller amounts of food for sauces etc. Easy to clean, durable and effective.

Impossible

Blender self-tightens when it runs and is impossible to remove the blade section. Every single time, i have to wrap a strap around the lid just to get it off. I'm just throwing it in the trash.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who needed ease and simplicity to assist him in adding fruits and vegetables to his diet. It worked! He is using the Nutribullet daily.

I had one in college used it for four years straight and ran it nonstop. The only reason I threw away is because it got gross from use overtime and I had decided to buy a new one to replace it. For some reason the ones made more recently or significantly less quality. Not even close to a year in and this one is failing. Sad to see a company reduce quality.
