After 5 weeks of daily use, there is rusty water leaking from the blade into the blender base. Customer service was able to help me order a new blade - thanks!
If I need a new blade every 5 weeks, the cost is outrageous over time. I had the older version of the blade that was great, but an in-law tried to slush an iceberg in there and destroyed the old blade. Now the new blades are cheap and loud and don't last very long.
Hearing protection recommended!

I have an older model and the four blade base gasket had developed a leak. The gasket is not available for this model anymore therefore the company simply replaced it free of charge
