blade became loose after a few uses

The connection piece on the blade to the motor on the base did not fit right. Loud screaming noise, rust colored dust. For the price would expect this appliance to last longer. Would not recommend

I purchased my unit a couple months ago on the special advertisement on TV. It arrived with one tooth missing on the blade driver. After calling them, my replacement was in my hands in a couple days, no questions asked!! Thank you!!! As far as the unit is concerned, it took a couple days to get used to it. After that, I replace either breakfast or lunch with a shake. I won't say how much I weigh but I've already lost 14 lbs. on my way to 80 more. This was the only change and I feel better, have more energy and sleep better. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I don't know how to keep in touch regularly but I will if your interested and tell me how.

I bought this a year ago, had to replace whole unit bottom and tops. The "PLASTIC" spindle eventually loses it spokes and cuts the RUBBER blade spindle on the bottom of the cups. Very poor material. All I blended was vegetables with a few frozen blueberries or raspberries.

I'm disappointed that the to-go lid does not come with the purchase. I mean you have an attachment for a handle but no lid. I'd rather have the lid attachment than the handle. I make a smoothie to have after my morning workout but I have to transfer it over to my Yeti that has a lid.

5+ years and still going strong

My mom bought be a Nutribullet for Christmas over 5 years ago and it’s still working as well as the first day I used it. I have replaced the blades a couple times over the years, but they’ve very inexpensive and last a really long time with heavy use. I was going thinking about treating myself to a newer one when I saw all the fancy colors, but decided there’s no reason to when my OG still works perfectly!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my first nutribullet pro 900 last 2013 and after 8 years will be purchasing another one. My nutribullet is the most used equipment in my kitchen. My family loves making smoothies and we make acai everyday. Very durable product and I highly recommended it.

Nice rig, but after a year of vigilant care for you NB, I find out that all along,you were just a pretty face. You just up and quit on me - right in the middle of our ritual. Not a thing I can do either- every now and then, I remember the good times. They tell me that when I finally get over the betrayal, all I’ll remember is the good times.

I would expect it to last

I loved it at first. within 6 mos. I had to get a new extractor blade. Worked for a while, but now my blade is not working AGAIN. I tried making smoothie with the other blade, but it doesn't break up the fruit very well. Very disappointed in this product. And of course the warranty has run out.
