I know you have many satisfied customers, but in reality you probably receive more negative comments because that is how it is with reviews on any product. However, here is my positive review.
I purchased a NutriBullet purchased in 2013. I have been more than pleased with the NutriBullet because of its durability and ease of use. Because of the almost daily usage the only flaw has been the broken ear on the tall cup after almost two years. Based on this timeframe I should be able to continue with the short cups until next year (2017). I will need to replace the extractor blade soon. Once the power base life expires I plan to purchase the NutriBullet Rx or whatever is availability at that time that fits my needs. The history of my NutriBullet:
Purchased April 8, 2013 - Used once daily except for one week on vacation = 260+/- times.
2014 - Used once daily except for 15 days of vacation = 350+/- times.
2015 through March 28 - Used once daily until one of the ears on the tall cup broke off = 85+/- times.
March 29 through December 31, 2015 - Used twice daily (with short cups) except for 10 days of vacation = 550+/- times.
2016 through today May 9, 2016 - 130+/- times for a total of 1375+/- times since April 8, 2013.
Thanks for the producing an amazing product that has made it easy to keep on a healthy eating regiment.
