I've had my NutriBullet for just shy of a year now. I use it everyday to prepare a nutrient loaded 24 oz. Veggie/Fruit smoothie for lunch. This makes it so easy to get 100% PLUS all of my daily servings of fruits and vegetables in one sitting. I'm also losing unwanted weight with little effort.
I never have been much for breakfast, but rather a late brunch. Now I have a 24 oz. Veggie/Fruit smoothie along with a Nature Valley pecan or oats & honey granola bar. Later, a sensible dinner, sometimes popcorn for a late night snack or equivalent light style snack. I lose approximately 1-1.5 pounds per week. The best part is, no hunger pains!
I have mobility issues so exercise and walking are minimal at best, depending on my pain level on any given day. This was actually more of a life saver for me. I like fruits and vegetables, but rarely did I have 5 servings per day. I don't think many people do.
I combine, spinach, mixed berries (raspberries, black berries, strawberries, blueberries) a few pineapple chunks, baby carrots, granny smith green apple, mandarin orange, chia seeds. TASTES GREAT! My 24 oz. brunch w/granola bar. Put all of that on your plate, it's quite a substantive meal that lasts and wards off hunger for a considerable length of time. Sometimes I'll have the smoothie and have the granola bar later for an in-between lunch and dinner snack, other times I won't have the bar at all.

They are so helpful and great customer service that meet your needs and answer your questions. Very happy with the product too. Willing to advance our Nutribullet in future. Alot of times some general companies sell good product with little or no customer relations. This company has both. I bought a NutriBullet a few weeks ago when I started experiencing tooth problems. I didn't want to miss out on the nutrition I've gotten from vegetables that suddenly have become hard to eat. But I think I'm getting more nutrients than before, because I have more energy now.
The 600-watt motor easily grinds up anything I want to give it. My wife makes smoothies with a blender but the NutriBullet is much easier to use and clean. Very glad I bought it.
